Holtwhites Bakery & Deli is owned and run by husband-and-wife team Richard and Kate. Holtwhites started in 2010 as a micro-bakery run from our home, where we baked up to 100 loaves each Friday night and sold them from our kitchen door on Saturday mornings.
We quickly knew that we were onto something, so we left our day jobs in 2011 to open Holtwhites Bakery & Deli at 119 Chase Side Enfield with the aim of bringing excellent quality food and great customer service to our local area.
In 2021 we opened a second store with a café and garden at 66 Aldermans Hill in Palmers Green. We now have a fabulous team of more than sixty bakers, chefs, delivery drivers, kitchen porters and shop staff who work with us to make this all happen.
We are passionate about making real food that is nutritious and delicious. We bake every day and make all our food from scratch in our in-store kitchens, creating flavour and texture with all-natural ingredients and artisan methods including long fermentation. We do not use any artificial flavourings or preservatives, so you get real food every time.
Our deli stocks a range of quality items made by other artisan producers, including the very best farmhouse cheeses, craft beers, locally roasted coffee, hand-made preserves, and more.
So whether you are picking up a loaf or stopping by for lunch, we guarantee delicious food that is made properly.
