Sandwich Platters
Our sandwich platters are made to order using our own freshly baked bread and top-quality fillings, such as farmhouse cheeses, free-range meat, St Ewe eggs, line-caught tuna and local organic salad leaves from Enfield’s Forty Hall Farm. We use locally sourced, seasonal ingredients wherever possible so please check the latest menu for details.
We use Holtwhites White, Multigrain and Fifty-Fifty tin loaves as they are the perfect size and hold together well when cut into pieces (quarters). Baguette and Sourdough bread can be used if preferred, which give a more “rustic” appearance. Please specify any preferences when ordering.
Sandwiches are supplied in fully recyclable cardboard boxes with a removable sleeve for ease of transportation and quick presentation. You may wish to transfer them onto your own serving platters. Please keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours.

Sweet and Savoury Pastries
We can provide sweet or savoury pastries, baked fresh in our pastry kitchens to meet your requirements.
Sweet pastries include our award-winning Croissants, Almond Croissants, Pain au Chocolat, Pain aux Raisin, Cinnamon Buns and Cardamom Buns. Savoury pastries include Cocktail Sausage Rolls, and vegetarian options made with seasonal ingredients, including Luxury Cheese Straws.
All our pastries are made from scratch in our kitchens and baked fresh every morning. They can be served alongside sandwich platters, or stand-alone.

Cakes and biscuits
When it comes to cakes and biscuits, we lean towards simple but delicious variations on classics. Best-sellers include our sensational Double Chocolate Brownies, Pastel de Nata, Bakewell Tarts, and Gingerbread Biscuits. We have gluten-free and vegan options too.
Like everything else at Holtwhites, we make all of our cakes and biscuits from scratch. We only use real ingredients, such as organic flour, free-range eggs and real butter, because we want everything to taste as good as it looks.
Gingerbread biscuits, Double Chocolate Brownies and Chocolate Chip Cookies are also available in mini-tubs – perfect for sharing or snacking! Or if you are celebrating a birthday or other special occasion you can order a Celebration Cake with a personalised message.
